How quickly will I get a response?
We aim to respond to all inquiries within 1-2 business days. Support tickets for urgent app issues (like login problems or data concerns) are prioritized and typically addressed within 24 hours. For general questions, you may also find quick answers in our in-app help center.

I found a bug or have a feature request. What's the best way to report it?
For bug reports, please email [email protected] with your device model, operating system version, and a description of what happened versus what you expected. Screenshots or screen recordings are incredibly helpful. For feature requests, you can use the same email or submit them through the feedback section in the app. We review every submission and use them to shape our product roadmap.
